Kuapa Kokoo

Two members of Kuapa Koko Farmers Union – Madam Comfort Kumeah and Mr. Kojo Aduhene – Tano the Bekwai district are in the United Kingdom upon the invitation of Divine Chocolate to attend the Fairtrade fortnight. Madam Kumeah is the chair of the Kuapa Kokoo Farmers Trust whilst Mr. Aduhene Tano is the recorder of Fenaso Domeabra Kuapa Kokoo Society.

The trip will afford them the opportunity to talk about the impact of fairtrade on their lives and on the lives of other members of the cooperative. They will most importantly share with the rest of the world how they feel to be co-owners of Divine Chocolate Company and how owning such a company has impacted their lives.
